General Terms and Conditions

All estimates, quotations or advice provided by, or bookings made and services rendered with/by/on behalf of Escape to the Wild are subject to these terms. 

Please note that published rates are just to provide an indication of costs and options – and are still subject to confirmation of availability and negotiation – which could entail further extensive work to finalize, in which case Escape to the Wild requires a flat fee per booking made to cover our costs.

Upon your approval a deposit payment must be made directly to the lodge or operator to secure your booking. Thereafter, other payments will need to be made directly, as negotiated in order to comply with supplier’s terms and conditions.

Since Escape to the Wild is primarily a booking agent for various lodges and operators, clients will be bound by the relevant terms and conditions of the suppliers involved.
